Richard “Rick” Clark is a Certified Public Accountant with more than four decades of experience in public accounting, taxation, and financial reporting. He earned his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a major in Accounting, Cum Laude, from California State Polytechnic College, Pomona, and later completed his MBA in Taxation from Golden State University in San Francisco.
Rick became licensed as a CPA in California in 1980 and has since prepared thousands of individual and corporate income tax returns. His experience includes the compilation, review, and audit of complex financial statements for clients ranging from closely held businesses to high-income individuals. Over the years, he has developed extensive expertise in Federal and California income taxation.
In addition to traditional accounting services, Rick provides litigation support, including expert testimony related to divorce proceedings and financial statement interpretation. He also has significant experience serving the construction industry, including percentage-of-completion accounting, completed contract methodology, and year-end analysis for bonding purposes.
Rick’s firm has consistently been re-certified through independent quality review. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the California Society of CPAs.
Beyond his professional work, Rick is active in the Riverside community, having served in leadership roles with the Greater Riverside Chamber of Commerce, the Rotary Club of Riverside Magnolia Center, and Riverside Mental Health.
